Mebanka is a technology platform. It does not hold, pool, escrow or store customer or merchant money. It does not offer wallets, prepaid instruments, points, coins or similar rewards.

Money stays in the customer's own bank account. Payments are made between the customer's bank and the merchant and are executed by regulated payment partners.

Credit, if offered, is provided only by regulated banks or lenders under their own terms. They make all credit decisions.

To use the Mebanka platform when it launches, you must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and hold a valid Indian bank account.

You agree not to use the website or platform for any unlawful purpose; not to scrape, crawl or harvest data from it; not to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with it; and not to provide false or misleading information.

Any discounts or offers shown are funded and honoured by the merchant. Mebanka does not guarantee merchant offers, or the goods and services supplied by merchants.

Banks, payment partners, lenders and investment platforms have their own terms and policies. Your use of their services is governed by those terms. Mebanka is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to Glaring Labs or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
